Multiple host alerts grouped in one email ?

Perhaps you could alert on a combo of the hosts.

If not that, perhaps writing a xymond_channel watcher that subscribes to
the page or stachg channels, caches for a few minutes (or until X events,
whichever is sooner), and then builds and creates your message.
