Confused history

I had a host that I'm certain was having issues.  I got paged alerts (email)
saying the conn test was down.

On the bb2 page it has a <24h change green smilie.  Clicking on the details
of the conn test read it was changed about 50 minutes ago.  However,
clicking on the history suggests no problems in 13 days.

Can anyone explain what is going on here?
