Starting with Hobbit 4.0.2: Yes, it will use the LC_TIME environment
definition to define the names of weekdays and months. You can define
it in the ~hobbit/cgi-bin/hobbitgraph.sh wrapper if your webserver
doesn't set it for CGI's.
