Missing history display

I upgraded to 4.0.3 last night. All seems well except that I cannot
access any history.
When I click on the History button on any server/service, I get 'Status
not available'

It was working prior to the update and still works on a 4.0.2
installation - both are running with data supplied via bbproxy running
on a BB server.
