The one thing I see people forgetting about is that the bb-hosts file can
"include" other files.  So, in my employers instance, we get no notes at
all since all hosts are in the includefiles.

  

hmmm...I'll play around this weekend and see if I can get it to work 
with includes...never even crossed my mind when I was tweaking it,
