I have also corrected the file patch as to where to find the index.html

Check your Apache error log for clues.


Chances are, your Xymon installation is putting the index.html file in
a different place to where Apache is looking for it. Your config
suggests you should find index.html in /usr/lib/xymon/server/www/.
