Alert function wont work!

I would like to set up a hobbit alert,so I wrote in the hobbit-alerts.cfg:

HOST=WS004:81
MAIL user-46580519995f@xymon.invalid SERVICE=http
MAIL user-c423191234b5@xymon.invalid SERVICE=http

I know the http is down from that host so i gave it a shot, i saved and
rebooted but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
