Yellow n Red alerts

Please keep replies on the list.

Every time that error appears, there should be an error in the Apache
log unless you have a strange Apache configuration. Are you certain
you're looking at the correct Apache log directory?

You need to look in your server error log, like it says. By
"server" it means the Apache server.
