Bring conn back

I have two questions.  I removed the conn service via te bb script: ./bb 127.0.0.1. "drop servername conn"
How do I get this back and undo what I did?


Second question is I am getting reports under http that the "Server timeout" but the site is up and running.  I thought a redirect might be the problem but it is working with others which have a redirect.  Any ideas where to look?
