Disabling repeat alerts

Thought so - if you do not specify a REPEAT argument it defaults to one
hours time.  Even on the info page it reads "-" under the repeat column =/

Right now I have this line:

  MAIL user-4c45a83f15cb@xymon.invalid COLOR=RED DURATION>15m REPEAT=0
RECOVERED

What I was expecting out of that was for the REPEAT to simply not work -
it is still repeating the messages every few minutes =(  If I have to, I can
all back on repeating every 24h or something ridiculous, but I'd like a more
"professional" value!
