problems with hobbit-clients.cfg

BBWin by default processes all thresholds locally on the Windows
server. So unless you're running a non-default configuration of
BBWin and Hobbit, you must change these thresholds in the BBWin
config, not hobbit-clients.cfg.

may be a problem with the sintaxis?
