Color blind access to graphs

The rrdtool has an option to use dashed lines for the graphs, but that
could wipe out important spikes...

I had a former coworker that was Red/green colorblind and I had to create
a set of icons for him.  I haven't put them out on xymonton but would be
happy to if interested (if Xymon supported glyphicons natively, would've
been easier).

The only colors he sees are grayscales. That's kind of hard to pick out 4
distinguishable grayscales in the same graph.
