conn=worst

Hi, I've been trying to get the conn=worst,ip1,ip2 to work properly, but
it doesn't seem to.  When I tried editing line 1383 countasdown = 0 to
countasdown = 1 in the bbtest-net.c file and recompiled, all of my
!telnet tests started returning clear eventhough they are not dialup
tests.  

 
I may have read some old information on how to fix this, can anyone help
on this?  I'm running 4.2.0.
