Another month, another bump. :)
Can anyone offer any suggestions where to begin looking to solve this?
I realize that the Xymon version is a little old, but all that was done was
that it was re-compiled and reinstalled. No other changes and then custom
graphs stopped working.
hobbitgraph.cfg was also not modified.
There are no other errors that I can find in logs which might indicate
anything is wrong.
Help? Please. :)

Finding very little in my searches for:
"tmplt contains more DS definitions than RRD"
No configuration files have been changed, the test data and alerts for the
custom test still work fine, so I am at a loss of where to look to solve this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Xymon version on this server is 4.3.0-0.beta2
