BBWIN MSG Ignore rule problem

Bruce,

I tend to ignore on a combination of eventid and source, but either
alone should work (as the examples indicate). What version of BBWin on
what platform? You might also recheck that you don't have a conflicting
match rule, the ignore is in the msgs block, the msgs agent is enabled
in the bbwin block, etc.

Ignore the e typo in the ignore rule.  It should be:

 
<ignore logfile="Application" eventid="1711" />

 
The extra 'e' is NOT in the BBWIN config file.

HI all,

 
We recently started running BBWIN on several machines.   The client is
set to run in local mode and I have configured a series of ignore rules
in the config file.  I copied the example and edited it.  Below is one
of several:

Despite the ignore rule above, it is still setting the msg test to red.

WINDOM\psitacct 
 "Line device call cc_MakeCall, failed on Channel 15, Error:- Error
reason = 10f -
 Can not accept event in current state."

 
Any ideas on what I have done wrong or is their a bug in BBWIN?
