Untidy e-Mails

I used to have Outlook claiming to filter out blank lines. Once I turned this off it was much better.

Can the e-mail generator of Xymon put a CR/LF in front of each colour?

Is there a way to tidy them up so that the individual coloured alerts can easily be discerned?
