utility for alert configuration

I think it's called hobbittools.  It adds a configuration link in the admin
menu.  You can show/hide every config file in server/etc and, based on
permissions, make them ro or rw.

Hi,
i want to add/remove nodes/users for alert configuration. Every time i have
to change the hobbit-alerts.cfg. Is there any GUI based/cli utility for
this? (xymon-4.2.2)
