Issue with apt test & Ubuntu

Hi,

If you are running Xymon client 'apt' test on an Ubuntu (maybe others) system, you may face unexpected issue related to phased packages updates.
I've reported the issue to Ubuntu:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hobbit-plugins/+bug/2003062

The fix is available in the bug report and is really easy to implement and validate.
