The man file for hosts.cfg describes the .default. option and explicitly states which tags are accepted. I have observed that with 4.3.17, delayred and delayyellow are also accepted. I don't object at all to having them accepted, but the documentation and the code should be reconciled.
(I have not investigated 4.3.19 to see if this has already been done)
