                      hi,
                      i have xymon clients 4.2.2 on hp servers.wt are
the commands
               related to hp-ilo and hl-health packages in linux so
that i can wrtite
               external scripts for it.

               What do you want to do, monitor the health status of
your servers or
               something else?

               // nick

this is what we are currently running, a custom script we wrote for big
brother and ported to xymon. time permitting this should all be doable
in devmon, there are already some templates available for compaq
monitoring (and hp monitoring is basically the same). if you are already
running devmon i would check out if that works for you.
