The number is the ack-code you can use for acknowledging the alert.

 Hobbit [0] sc-node-2:cluster CRITICAL (RED)

"0" means the status has recovered.

... and how i could start from zero for all host/test (?) again ..

You cannot, these are random numbers generated for each alert.
