Stop all alerts for maintainance

1. mv ~/etc/alerts.cfg /var/tmp
2. Do work
3. mv /var/tmp/alerts.cfg ~/etc/alerts.cfg

With no alerts file, it will not send a thing.
Crude, but quick. :-)
