I can't find any mention for flap-count anywhere (even grepping through
the beta3 sourcecode). What am i missing?
It's in the 4.3.0 RC1 build. beta-3 has flap detection, but you cannot
tune those parameters (and the defaults chosen for beta-3 turned out
to not be so great after all).
