hobbit server restart

            I had the hobbit server moved from one virtual machine to
another. Before that happened I stopped the hobbit client and hobbit
server and halted the box. I then restarted the hobbit server and hobbit
client. I am receiving alerts fine but the web page will not come up.

 
            Is there anything I missed or did wrong in the restart of
the hobbit server.
