Was "SMTP" added as a new config stanza / option in more recent version of Xymon?
I don't see any reference to it in the comments in analysis.cfg nor it's manual page in 4.3.30.
What this checks:
SMTP banner and protocol response
STARTTLS negotiation
TLS certificate validity
Certificate expiration (warning 30 days before expiry)
Hostname/FQDN match (CN / SAN)
I would love to learn more about this.
Is this something available in newer versions? Or is the documentation I'm looking at for 4.3.30 simply missing references to it?
