Unfortunately, that isn't what I need.
Given ProcessA and ProcessB,
If ProcessA is running AND ProcessB is running
then YELLOW
else if ProcessA is NOT running AND ProcessB is NOT running
then YELLOW
else GREEN
ProcessA and ProcessB are mutually exclusive; one OR the other must be running, but not BOTH.

You can have something like
HOST=server
PROC cron 1 1
This would be a min of 1 and a max of 1.
