No.
If you're doing something that will also work with Big Brother, then
I think putting it on deadcat would be best.
If it's something that only works with Hobbit, then you should probably
avoid using the deadcat archive. It could go in the hobbitmon archive
over on SourceForge, if you can live with having to register as a
developer there in order to upload it.
