Reporting bugs?

Hi,

Just wondering where is the best place to report possible bugs?

The sourceforge site says it is on this mailing list
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/xymon/support). The SF tracker shows
what seems like a lot of open bugs - 43 out of 46 in total open, 35 open
feature requests out of 39 in total, 12 open patches against 13 in
total, etc. Is tracker not really used then for Xymon?
