Error when starting recently installed client

I have xymon-client running on a handful of RHEL6 servers. But, other RHEL6
servers where I am rolling out the client throw up this unusual error:

# service xymon-client restart
Restarting xymon-client: su: warning: cannot change directory to
/usr/share/xymon-client: No such file or directory
This account is currently not available.

Any ideas why /usr/share/xymon-client isn't being built?
