I have followed Cami’s suggestion (strip away TABS) and something is
changed that is I can see MAPE’ view in Firefox 17 now, but I cannot see it
in IE 9.

I have taken your data.php (that you mailed me offlist) and the tree is
showing correctly in all browsers (IE9 / Chrome / FF / etc) when all the
TABS are replaced.
