.deb packet of Hobbit 4.2.0 with alle patches

Hey all,
 
I an looking at the new bbwin 0.10 because it can run in centralised
mode. But to be able to do that I need to patch my hobbit, at least with
the bbwin_4.2.patch but I will also like to have all the others patches.

 
Now to the question is there a .deb version with all the patches
installed or do I have to compile the sources from stratch on my ubuntu
server?
