When I used Thunderbird or Outlook, it clearly pushes towards top posting.
The cursor is at the top and the signature is just above the replied text.
In Gmail it is the same way and has an option to bottom post. Hotmail and
Yahoo I'd imagine is the same.
I agree you can copy/paste and type in different parts of the reply, but it
seems to me as though that's out of the topic.
