Question: Tracking the all-in-one

A question on the all-in-one patch.  It seems like this is a constantly
changing thing, more like what I'd call daily builds, but not changing
quite that frequently.  Is there some patch-level
tracking/version_numbering that I'm missing?  Two different people
saying "I have the all-in-one installed" could have quite different
installations as I understand this.
