VAX/VMS Client for Xymon

Looking at the archive, I find this last cropped up in 2005 but I didnt see any extensive followup.  I really dont know anything about this OS, but I have been challenged to monitor a couple of instances of it, does anyone have any tips or experience they can share with me?
