How do I update xymon client's configuration file from xymon server ?

Josh,

I would need to update as we are implementing a monitoring script on all
servers. And the only change to do is in the clientlaunch.cfg file.

Whatever it is, there is no built in way for the Xymon server to modify
config files of the clients, sorry!
