Avoid alarm hobbit server lost link

My hobbit server has lost link and send me comm alarms to all remote
servers.

Is there are any configuration to avoid alarms when hobbit server lost
link???  (and it has link with itself)

It is possible to have two hobbit servers and send alarms when both
report an error only?
