I am having problem compiling hobbit on a Solaris 10 Sparc host.

I looked through the archive and found the following:
A solution to the problem was the following:
root (at) hobbit:/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.10/3.3.2/install-tools>
./mkheaders
This solution is kind of cryptic to me so can someone explain what needs to
be done in simpler terms for a simpler mind.
As far as I can tell: Login as root, cd to the gcc install directory
( /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.10/3.3.2/install-tools was
the one reported), and run the "mkheaders" tool found in that directory.
Also is there a precompiled version that can be downloaded?
Not that I know of.
