I have a quick question, is it possible to form an email to acknowledge an
alert without receiving the email first? In hobbit we were able to compose
a message to disable a server and all of the checks for a certain time
period.

I can not seem to get the subject line correct for it to disable a server,
does anyone have an example they could share?
