If your web server is sending your content back as text, rather than as a file, I suggest looking at the mime-type configuration of your web server application.

I need to generate Availability report. When I click on “Generate Spreadsheet” in Availability report page, I’m not able to download the report as .csv format. Instead the report is showing only in webview.
