Need Help xymond_filestore Fatal Crash

I never saw this type of message before.  This morning received a message stating that xymond_filestore Fatal Signal caught.  I saw a purple icon appear for the xymon server for xymond_filestore column.

Could someone tell me what is going on here and how to troubleshoot it?
