Hobbit demo-site and mailing list outage Thursday Sep. 29

My ISP is doing some re-configuration work tomorrow morning (Thursday,
around 6 AM UTC), including a change of IP-address for my site.

I haven't received the new IP-address yet, so it is quite likely that
there will be a period where I drop off the net while the changes take
place and I get the IP-changes registered in the DNS setup.
