Xymon SQL Server dbcheck error

The lines are:

host= use hostname (doesn't seem to work in my setup)
server= use freetds config

Found the issue, lines 1169 and 1170 in dbcheck.pl - hash out 1169 and
unhash 1170.

Default setup is to connect to a host instead of using the freetds.conf
settings.
