DOWNTIME

Corrected the PST/GMT descrepancy. Now, everything is in PST and the
DOWNTIME setting is still not crossing midnight. Any Thoughts?

Below is the setting in bb-hosts along with a snippit of the histlog for
host/service (note names have been changed to protect the innocent).
Also note that the time in the bb-hosts is in PST while the log is in GMT.
The hobbit user has been set to run in the Pacific timezone.
