how to upgrade

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't seem to find any info on how to
actually perform an upgrade on the xymon server.  I'm using v4.3.12 and
would like to use the latest version so I can have more customization on the
info and trends icons.  I've never actually done an upgrade before, just
fresh builds.  What are the steps?
