GROUP setting in alerts

Is this the correct way to have the $efairhurst user alerted for only the
"mysql" and "sawmill" procs?  If so, should it show up in the info column
alert rules?

Your configuration is correct. The "info" column display has a bug, so 
group-restricted alerts don't show up there.
