Definitely, though I would base it on ease, rather type of interface. It
is easy for *nix gurus to use Vim. It is not easy for Windows users to use
Vim =)

Yes, that is what I understood, which is why I changed trending to Yes.
However, I suspect they mean something else by "Charts" (e.g. pie charts
etc.).
