Hmm,

what says your logfile ?

[linux-iostat]
    ENVFILE $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/etc/hobbitclient.cfg
    CMD $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/ext/linux-iostat.pl
    LOGFILE $HOBBITCLIENTHOME/logs/linux-iostat.log
    INTERVAL 5m


.. and you've got the  entries on the server
in hobbitgraph.cfg and  bb-hosts  ?
