Client Data not showing up

run a network sniffer on the server, check the messages sent.
perhaps th eclient is not configured correctly so the messages are not displayed because of a mismatch
between the name used to sent the messages and the name in the bb-hosts.

check also in your server/data directory if you can find the logs for this client.
