I've compiled Xymon without issue on HP-UX 11.11 on PARISC and 11.31 on PARISC and IA64. We use gcc and make from the HP-UX porting center (http://hpux.connect.org.uk/), the compiler that comes with HP-UX can be problematic.
Which compiler and make are you using? What errors are you getting?

I don't know - HP/UX is not my most used platform, so I don't have any binaries at hand. Try asking on the regular xymon mailing list - xymon at xymon.com - since I know there are some HP/UX users out there.
What errors do you get when you try to compile it ? And what compiler are you using ? I seem to recall the original HP/UX compiler has some problems, but gcc should work fine on this platform.
