Just a small hint: "xymoncmd" is your friend. It will open a new shell
with all xymon environment variables set, and then you can find out what
your active settings are.
Just type "xymond", and then "set | grep WWW" to get your WWW variables.
Also very useful in custom scripts, if you need the xymon environment.

*Subject:* [Xymon] How to make link in alert message show hostname
instead of "localhost"?
When my Xymon instance generated alert emails, the link at the bottom
links like this:
"See http://localhost/xymon-cgi/svcstatus.sh?HOST=choicevoip&SERVICE=conn
<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__localhost_xymon-2Dcgi_svcstatus.sh-3FHOST-3Dchoicevoip-26SERVICE-3Dconn&d=DwMFaQ&c=E0AVYOSVkyZIeXdarKjL5A&r=b3gvYyKM-AAVmjvpsEHaoDXWlTDLmcDWKyK0PSgGIkE&m=IVcENxZJ7a5g_8wVZSW6lPZVOh2nu2oHm7ozTaWIrIc&s=Ng4cLBQI9sceX8NMlgT_4MHtN7LP_8DZJ8pDs9ToRjQ&e=>
?
Can anyone tell me how to have these links get generated to use the
actual hostname instead of localhost?
Thanks!
Jeff
